Parts inspection with 3D scan
With an accuracy of 0.005 mm, the 3D scan of molded parts enables the creation of precise target/actual comparisons and thus simplifies the process for:
- Control of all form and position tolerances according to your (CAD) specifications
- Detection of surface defects
- Shrinkage and warpage analyses
- Material thickness analyses
- Trend analyses
We use this procedure not only for your first sample measurements, but also to increase quality assurance throughout the entire plastics project.
