Internal Procedures

We have implemented the following methods in our internal quality and production management, which help us to sustainably produce high-quality products:

  • Zero defect philosophy
  • Continuous improvement process (CIP)
  • Advanced Quality Planning (APQP)
  • Quality planning during development (PPAP)
  • Risk analyses (FMEA)
  • Registration and maintenance of IMDS data
  • Initial sampling according to VDA2 or PPAP
  • Capability studies (SPC)

Parts inspection with 3D scan

With an accuracy of 0.005 mm, the 3D scan of molded parts enables the creation of precise target/actual comparisons and thus simplifies the process for:

  • Control of all form and position tolerances according to your (CAD) specifications
  • Detection of surface defects
  • Shrinkage and warpage analyses
  • Material thickness analyses
  • Trend analyses

We use this procedure not only for your first sample measurements, but also to increase quality assurance throughout the entire plastics project.
