Since autumn 2020 we have been offering our customers a new service for their plastics projects: 3D scanning.
With an accuracy of 0.005 mm, we create precise target/actual comparisons of molded parts and thus enable:

• Control of all form and position tolerances according to your (CAD) specifications
• Detection of surface defects
• Shrinkage and warpage analyses
• Material thickness analyses
• Trend analyses

We use this procedure not only for your first sample measurements, but also to increase quality assurance throughout the entire plastics project.

In July 2018 our company again has been certified to meet the norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. 

Thereby our quality management system meets all requirements for providing products and services, which fulfill the customer expectations as well as the claims of authorities.
